Had a great time over Xmas with my partner. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our window. The location was perfect as we were in walking distance to shops and restaurants. We also loved the fact we could choose from a variety of teas and aroma infusions to help us relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast buffet was quite basic, with limited options. The room was too hot and uncomfortable, and we were unable to adjust the temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just in front of the river and overlooking the beautiful Fisherman's Wharf Moo marketplace. The views were breathtaking, especially with the snow-covered buildings. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and patient, and there was an English speaking staff member who helped us with our non-standard request. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we highly recommend including it in your room package. We also appreciated the convenience of having a subway station directly connected to the hotel, as well as numerous restaurants and shopping malls in the surrounding area.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was superb, situated right by the sea and close to the restaurant district in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service. Lastly, we must mention that the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, with an incredible selection and delicious food.

It is also situated opposite the Fisherman's Wharf Moo marketplace, the perfect place to explore fresh seafood. The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring well-equipped bathrooms and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and benefit from facilities such as a business center and vending machines.

Some staff may struggle with English communication, causing frustration at times.
